For the first time in its history, AIST’s European Steel Forum will convene in the vibrant city of Bilbao, Spain, marking a significant milestone in over a decade of European programming. This year, the Forum expands its global reach as a cornerstone event of International Steel Week—a new initiative in collaboration with SteelTech, a leading steel innovation event for Southern Europe. Spanning three days, this event offers a uniquely international experience, uniting global industry leaders to share insights on the critical issues shaping the steel sector. From carbon neutrality and raw material strategy to digital transformation and plant execution, the program blends executive-level dialogue, technical panels, and research-driven presentations.
