The AIST Foundation offers complimentary membership to Human Resources personnel from steel and steel-related companies in an effort to achieve its mission of ensuring the iron and steel industry of tomorrow has a sufficient number of qualified professionals. This partnership between AIST and Human Resource representatives allows for collaboration in Foundation programs and yearly internship placements.
This informative session will educate viewers on the benefits of AIST Membership and the opportunities available for Human Resource/Talent Acquisition representatives to continue to develop its current workforce, as well as tools to utilize to attract the next generation to the steel industry.
